This formula combines nourishing the blood with disinhibiting water, treating the Liver and Spleen together, embodying Zhang Zhongjing's distinctive concept of "treating blood and water together."
o Dizziness and palpitations, sallow (withered-yellow) complexion.
o Pale tongue with white, greasy coating.
o Not suitable for those with yin deficiency and effulgent fire, damp-heat pouring downward, or purely excess patterns without deficiency.
o This formula is inclined toward draining and disinhibiting; use with caution in those with yin deficiency and fluid damage.
o Dang Gui (Chinese angelica root) 9g + Bai Shao (white peony root) 30g + Chuan Xiong (chuanxiong rhizome) 15g + Fu Ling (poria) 12g + Bai Zhu (white atractylodes rhizome) 12g + Ze Xie (alisma rhizome) 15g = 93 g.
o 93 g crude herb ÷ 5 = 18.6 g granules.
o One dose per day, taken in 2 divided doses (morning and evening) dissolved in warm water, about 9 g per dose.
o Or as directed by a physician, who will adjust the formula according to the relative severity of blood deficiency and dampness excess; the total crude herb weight should then be recalculated according to the adjusted formula.
本方养血与利水同施，肝脾同治，体现了张仲景“血水同治”的独特思想。
o 头晕心悸，面色萎黄。

o 阴虚火旺、湿热下注或纯实无虚者不宜使用。
o 本方性偏渗利，阴虚津伤者慎用。
o 当归9g + 白芍30g + 川芎15g + 茯苓12g + 白术12g + 泽泻15g = 93克。
o 93克生药 ÷ 5 = 18.6克颗粒。
o 每日一剂，分早晚两次温水冲服，每次约9克。
o 或遵医嘱，医师会根据患者血虚与湿盛的偏重进行加减，届时需按调整后的总生药量重新换算。
