How orders are prepared, how they ship, and what happens if something needs to come back.
Orders are prepared at our dispensary and shipped once every item is weighed and checked. Dispensary items are weighed to order, so an order containing them takes longer to leave than one of bottled items alone.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the carrier's own rates. Local pickup can be arranged; we ask for a day's notice so the order is ready when you arrive.
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Opened products cannot be returned — herbal goods are consumable, and once a seal is broken we cannot put an item back into stock.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right regardless of the above.
